BeitiIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or user information. We are not a real estate agent and do not participate in transactions between users.

BeitiIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
